After 14 years at the helm of VITECH, Mr. Paul-Henri VIELLARD sold his shares of the company on December 1, 2021 to the SAS JENOV INVEST whose President, Mr. Christian NOVELLA will manage VITECH from now on. The latter is an Engineer from CentraleSupelec (Class of 1984) whom spent most of his career within the aerospace industry, working for the Zodiac Aerospace and Safran Groups. SAS JENOV INVEST is 66% owned by Mr. NOVELLA and 34% owned by Mr. Jean-Jacques JEGOU, a former Chief Financial Officer of Zodiac Aerospace.
Their ambition is to accelerate the growth of VITECH by relying on the operational teams which remain in place and by capitalizing on new industrial investments to be done in the Ste Maure plant as well as innovation on new VITECH’s “Made in France” products.
